Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead environmental, health and safety efforts across our data centre projects in Europe.

You will drive compliance with legislation, develop plans, and lead an EHS team to deliver a high standard of safety and operational excellence. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to evolving project needs.

Competenze

• Relevant Qualification in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Significant experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience an advantage).
• Proven experience in managing an EHS Team and ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comprehensive knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage all environmental, health, and safety aspects on-site effectively.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt working patterns as project needs evolve.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation per project plans.
• Adhere to the Project Specific Environmental, Health and Safety Plans.
• Develop and review task specific method statements, risk assessments, safe plan of action, permit to work.
• Ensure compliance with the project execution plan and safe practices.
• Lead and manage the EHS Team on the project to promote a strong safety culture.
• Grow the EHS safety culture across all project disciplines.
• Maintain positive client interactions with prompt attention to observations.
• Deliver safety-focused information sessions to drive awareness and actions.
• Manage REACH assessments, control hazardous substances, report outcomes with actions.
