Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd seeks an EHS Lead for a major data centre project near Milan, Italy. The role will head the EHS team on-site, implementing the project EHS plan and ensuring safe systems of work on a high-stakes data centre delivery near Milan.

The candidate should have significant construction EHS experience, NEBOSH or equivalent qualification, and strong leadership and communication skills, with knowledge of Italian EHS requirements advantageous. Salary ranges from €90,000 to €105,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site EHS team.
• Implement the project EHS plan and safe systems of work.
• Review RAMS, permits and temporary works arrangements.
• Carry out inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and EHS training.
• Report EHS performance to project leadership and client.
