Huawei Technologies Italia seeks an Architect to lead the design of embedded real-time operating systems at the Pisa Research Center, focusing on digital power and automotive applications.

The ideal candidate holds an M.Sc in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering and has expertise in edge AI programming, kernel scheduling, and hardware architectures. Candidates feel comfortable in a multi-cultural environment and possess excellent collaboration skills.

Competenze

• M.Sc degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronic Engineering. PhD preferred.
• Experience in edge AI programming (e.g., LiteRT, TensorFlow Lite).
• Excellent knowledge of hardware architectures, especially ARM or RISC-V.
• Expert in kernel scheduling, real-time scheduling algorithms and memory management.
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

• Design architectural solutions for operating systems and middleware integrating AI technologies.
• Perform low-level performance analysis and optimization for embedded systems.
• Increase reliability and reduce end-to-end latencies in embedded systems.
