Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and international campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage and optimize global paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills: fluent with GA4 and comfortable working with revenue and ROAS metrics to justify campaign impact.
• Familiarity with Funnel.io, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Comfortable working independently with a global/multi-market scope, including the ability to prioritize across competing local demands.
• Advanced proficiency in both spoken and written English and Italian.

Dimension of role:

• Reports to the Global Head of Ecommerce Acquisition
• Direct responsibility for our global Schengen and Italy acquisition strategies
• Oversees paid acquisition initiatives of local entities worldwide

Key Responsibilities:

What we offer:

Salary range €53K-€63K per annum, depending on experience.
