Opella is seeking an eCommerce Sales & Content Intern to gain hands-on experience across commercial execution and digital content. You will analyze performance, support promotions, and deliver high-quality product content for key eRetailers.

The role offers cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, plus practical coaching and stretch assignments. You will work in a hybrid setup, enabling growth and hands-on learning while contributing to real projects that influence

Formación

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with numbers and data.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Proactive, curious and hands-on approach; strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the eCommerce Sales team in managing key eRetailers, plans, promotions and product launches.
• Analyse sell-in and sell-out performance, promotions and investments to identify trends and gaps.
• Prepare data analyses, reports and presentations for reviews of customer and business performance.
• Assist in creating and implementing eCommerce content, including product pages and banners.
• Monitor product availability, assortment and content quality across eRetailers.
• Help optimise product content to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Identify digital shelf gaps and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and customers.
