EBV Elektronik, an Avnet company, seeks an experienced professional to drive the design chain value proposition by generating design wins and managing customer engagements from concept through production. The role interfaces with engineering departments of customers and suppliers, performing pre/post-sales support, research, design and development.

You will build technical relationships, understand customer needs and market trends, and promote supplier products to fuel growth.

Job Summary:

Drives the design chain value proposition by generating the greatest number of design wins in technologies and registrations for customers engaged in product design resulting in growing business. Interface with the engineering departments of customers and suppliers. Performs a variety of product, technical and engineering functions including but not limited to: pre/post-sales support, research, design and development.

Compensation Details for this position:

• The starting compensation for this role is at minimum an On-Target Earnings amount (Base Pay + On-Target Variable Pay) of € 62.000
• Variable Compensation: This position is eligible for a variable compensation plan, and the pay-mix (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.
• Total Rewards: In addition to the cash compensation, we also offer a number of benefits depending on location and role. (e.g. flexible working, accident & life Insurance, meal vouchers)

The exact compensation package for the successful candidate picked for the position will be based on a number of objective factors, such as experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications or location.
