Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking an Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist to train customers, dealers and teams across EMEA on machine control solutions. The role combines hands-on field work, demonstrations and technical support in a hybrid setup from Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy, with significant travel.

You'll work with GNSS and construction technologies, collaborate with international colleagues, and help drive adoption of Topcon's positioning innovations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in machine control, surveying, geomatics, earthmoving, civil construction or related technical field; more experienced candidates welcome.
• A technical degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid technical foundation with hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Good communication skills and interest in training and customer interaction.
• Very good English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA, up to 70% of the time.

• €50,000-€60,000 gross annual salary + company car.
