Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking an Earthmoving Application Specialist to join our Professional Services Earth Moving team in Italy. You will provide technical support, training and on-site demos across EMEA and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a background in geodesy or civil engineering, 5+ years of survey experience, fluency in English and Italian, and willingness to travel up to 70% across EMEA. Hybrid work: 3 days at the Concordia facility, 2 days remote.

Competenze

• Background in Geodesy, Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in survey applications, construction, roadworks, agriculture control applications or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey/construction software.
• Excellent communication, training and presentation skills, both online and in person.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites.

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe training environment in accordance with Italian legislation and company policies.
• Support Earthworks applications, Sitelink3D, Geo Positioning and related construction workflows.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams.
• Prepare product demos, presentations, training content and eLearning materials.
• Support events, customer activities and on-site demonstrations from a technical perspective.

In this role, you will support Topcon distribution partners and end users across EMEA, combining technical expertise, training capability and hands-on application knowledge to drive the adoption of Topcon Earth Moving solutions.

What you will do

Attractive salary from 50K Euro - to 60K Euro gross Yearly + company Car
