Arsenalia Group is seeking a procurement transformation consultant to join a team delivering digital procurement solutions for clients in Italy. You will participate in analysis, design and implementation of Source-to-Pay platforms, collaborate with clients, configure and test functionalities, and support projects through go-live and hypercare.

You will design end-to-end processes and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, JAGGAER, Coupa or similar Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and purchasing processes.
• Experience in functional analysis, solution design and platform configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and scalable solutions.
• Experience managing project workstreams and coordinating small teams.
• Proficient English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomy in managing assigned activities while collaborating with others.
• Availability for occasional travel in Italy or abroad.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the analysis, design and implementation of digital procurement solutions based on SAP Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Configure and test platform functionalities according to project requirements and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design to go-live and hypercare activities.
• Design end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• Manage project streams and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Work closely with senior consultants, project managers and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
