Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking a Project Manager to lead e-commerce initiatives and CX improvements within a global consumer platform. You will drive multi-disciplinary teams from discovery through launch, focusing on optimization of website features and internal processes.

The role requires 5+ years in project management (preferably in e-commerce/digital products), a degree in Business/Engineering, and strong data-driven decision-making. Location: Turin, Italy or Remote.

• 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital products.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Execution focus with the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset; ability to use data to justify project spend and ROI.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of PM experience; Associate's with 5+ years; High School with 7+ years.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through full project lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Identify and implement features to improve website functionality, focusing on conversion rate optimization and seamless user journeys.
• Represent the customer voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine CX with UX Research team.
• Collaborate across functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation with leadership for timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and data-driven insights to ensure updates deliver measurable value.
• Act as a bridge among stakeholders for clear communication and alignment on priorities.
