Job summary

AW LAB, part of the Bata group, is seeking an E-commerce Intern to support the online business. You will help maintain the product catalogue, optimize online assortment, and update content to ensure accurate information for a smooth shopping experience.

The role involves training on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and daily collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Merchandising teams. Hybrid work with on-site training is available.

Qualifications

• University student pursuing a degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good communication with agencies and suppliers.
• Team player with a collaborative attitude.
• Good knowledge of English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day website updates and maintenance.
• Assist in product catalogue management and online assortment.
• Participate in e-commerce department meetings, strategic and operational.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising and Product.
