You will manage availability, conduct tours, process applications, prepare move-in papers, and support renewal activities while maintaining a welcoming, professional image and strong organizational skills.

• Manage availability guidelines and schedule move-ins to minimize rent loss.
• Review leasing follow-up weekly and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Receive and handle inbound calls from prospects and invite them for community visits.
