Haier Europe is seeking a DT Finance Business Partner (maternity cover) in Vimercate (MB), Italy, to join the Central Digital Technology Finance team. You will collaborate with corporate finance departments to improve processes and support the business goals.

The role requires knowledge of accounting principles, SAP finance/controlling, and English; a degree in Economics or Engineering and 2–3 years in multinational or consulting environments; strong analytical and communication skills; travel

Competenze

• Must have knowledge of most relevant international accounting principles.
• Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes in SAP (one of the two is required).
• S4Hana experience is a plus.
• Application experience in govern projects considering basic fundamentals of methodology.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with corporate finance departments to improve current processes while helping the company achieve its goals.
• Facilitate the transition from demand management to partnership proposition to improve finance processes.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and propose process improvements.
• Support users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions and designing processes by leveraging Digitalization of Finance.
• Lead projects, including managing multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Support users in project activities and to test new features and improvements.
• Engage with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.
• Be a point of contact for third-party finance applications.
