Carlsberg Italia seeks a Finance Central Business Partner to lead planning, actuals, budgeting and the 3-year strategic plan. You will report to the Finance Director and guide a small team of two professionals.

The role partners with Commercial and Marketing to maximise brand profitability, deliver insights and governance across SG&A, OCM and overheads. Fluency in English/Italian is preferred, Milano-based.

Competenze

• MS degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Significant experience (7/10 years) in FP&A, business controlling, commercial finance or finance business partnering in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage Finance Central Business Partnering and controlling activities.
• Own financial planning processes: Actuals, MPRs, Budget, Revised Estimates and 3-Year Plan.
• Provide financial insights, risk/opportunity analyses and forward-looking recommendations.
• Coordinate between local functions and Regional Finance during planning cycles.
• Lead cost governance, SG&A and overhead forecasting; manage Capex governance.
• Partner with Commercial and Marketing to maximise brand profitability and ROI.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
