Overview

Driver Relations Manager - Trucking Fleet at Wersirius Holding. We are an international company within the trucking industry, operating in the U.S. market for over 5 years and expanding to LATAM. Our team provides services across various industry sectors, offering logistics solutions and achieving high client satisfaction. This position is available to candidates located in Venezuela.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with drivers to ensure smooth operations and address any issues.
• Collect and manage driver information, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and organized.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve driver concerns, ensuring efficient problem-solving.
• Serve as a point of contact between drivers and the company, securing clear and effective communication across the team.
• Support the growth of the company by maintaining daily and effective communication with all drivers in the fleet.

What we are looking for

• B1-B2 English Level (Good / Fluent command of the language)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a positive mindset
• No previous experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Full-Time position: 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. EST
• Fully functional equipment: Laptop, UPS (guarantee workflow during outages), Headset
