Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the project's Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Manage document flow and version control
• Coordinate with project stakeholders: clients, owner engineers and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations
• Generate reports and maintain records
• Quality assurance and project closeout

Qualifications

Position specific qualifications:

• Extensive experience in document control and management for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proficient in using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document management systems
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation processes and standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, owner

• Good coaching and moderation skills.
• Ability to conduct negotiation talks with internal and external groups.
• Practiced in presentation in front of various audiences.
• Good MS Office user skills.
• Fluent in English, German of advantage.
• SAP knowledge of advantage.

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 36000 euros per year
• This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
