UPS sta selezionando un addetto al dispatcher a Milano per organizzare le spedizioni di carichi e coordinare i movimenti nel yard. Orario part-time di 20 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì, sera.

La posizione è situata a Milano, presso Via Fantoli 15/2, con livello di responsabilità legato al rispetto dei tempi e delle procedure interne. Offer comprovante la flessibilità oraria e stabilità lavorativa.

Formación

• Conoscenza pratica di Word, Excel, Access e Outlook.
• Fluenza in italiano e buon inglese.
• Inserimento dati accurato e rapido.

Responsabilidades

• Gestisce la spedizione di carichi su scala nazionale nel network di feeder, in base a livelli di servizio e tempi di transito.
• Gestione compiti di Yard Control, assegnando movimenti dei rimorchi tra i carrelli e lo scarico durante lo sorting.

Job Description

Job Summary

This position dispatches drivers with loads, coordinates overflows, and verifies drivers hours of service.

He/She manages Yard Control duties, assigning trailer movement to shifters around the yard and in the unload during the sort with multiple shifters.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches loads throughout the country in the feeder network based on different service levels, time in transit, and sort indicators.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Fluency in Italian and good in English.
• Accurate and rapid data entry

Working Time: part time 20 hours for week - from monday to friday 6.30pm - 10.30pm

Location: Milano, Via Fantoli 15/2

Ral offerta: 28.374€ (Full time, da riproporzionare in base all'orario previsto)
