Job summary

Grand Hotel Imperiale in Forte dei Marmi, a landmark luxury property, is seeking a Director of Finance to steer the financial strategy and partner with the General Manager and Corporate Team.

You will lead all finance functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; prepare monthly P&L reports and long-range plans; and develop a high-performing team while ensuring compliant reporting and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior finance role in luxury hospitality.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Strong command of USALI and hotel P&L management.
• Hands-on experience with Opera PMS and advanced Excel.
• Strategic thinking with ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues.

What you bring

• 5+ years in a senior finance role in luxury hospitality (Director of Finance or Assistant DoF in a five-star or upscale property)
• Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;
• Strong command of USALI, hotel P&L management;
• Hands‑on experience with Opera PMS and advanced Excel;
• Strategic thinking, sharp analytical skills and real business sense;
• Leadership presence and the ability to explain numbers to non-finance colleagues;

What we offer

• Contract level: Quadro (Senior Management level, Italian National Collective Agreement – CCNL Turismo);
• Gross annual salary (RAL): starting from €55,000 gross per year, commensurate with experience
