Job summary

Currie & Brown is seeking a Project Controls Lead/Director to establish and lead an integrated governance and reporting function for major pharmaceutical investments in Italy. You will work with project leaders, contractors and stakeholders to provide performance insight and informed decision support.

You will integrate cost, schedule, risk and change management, delivering dashboards, forecasts and KPI reporting while driving continuous improvement and strategic recommendations across

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in Project Controls for large capital programmes.
• Experience on pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated manufacturing projects.
• Strong governance, reporting and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the integrated Project Controls function across major pharmaceutical projects.
• Establish governance frameworks, procedures, standards and reporting requirements.
• Integrate cost, planning, risk and change management into a single framework.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate activities across contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Support leadership with performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement across controls systems and reporting.
