Job summary

Dior is seeking a Director of Industrial Controlling LG Business Unit in Italy to lead cost control, reporting, budgeting, and governance across all plants. You will mentor a team of five controllers and serve as a strategic advisor to the Industrial Director, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and driving cost transparency.

This role requires cross-functional partnership with operations, supply chain, and finance, overseeing month-end closings, standard cost structures, and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial finance.
• Experience leading controllers or plant finance teams.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LG BU industrial controlling team and develop best practices.
• Partner with Industrial Director and Finance to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee month-end closings, cost center reporting, and variance analysis across plants.
• Develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
