European University Institute seeks a visionary Director to lead the Historical Archives of the European Union (HAEU). You will manage a multinational team, oversee the budget, and liaise with EU institutions to promote archival excellence and public access to European documentary heritage.

The role requires strategic oversight, external representation, and strong leadership to advance research on European integration while ensuring transparency and high archival standards.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in archives, history, or related field.
• Proven leadership of archival institutions or teams.
• Experience with EU institutions and governance is preferred.
