Coca-Cola HBC Italia is seeking a Digital & Technology Platform Expert – Innovation and Simplification to join our Information Technology function on a hybrid basis. The role supports DTPS in identifying, designing, and enabling process simplification through AI, automation, and data-driven ways of working.
You will collaborate with business users, Process Owners, and technical teams to map processes, propose practical AI-enabled improvements, and contribute to MVPs, pilots, and adoption efforts
Competenze
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields is required or highly preferred.
- Experience with AI, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation is a plus.
- Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders clearly.
Mansioni
- Identify pain points and map current processes with business users.
- Analyze processes for simplification, automation, and AI enablement opportunities.
- Translate needs into use cases and drive adoption, pilots, and MVPs.
- Collaborate with Process Owners and DTPS to create business cases and maps.
