Tetra Pak, within Digital Solution & Infrastructure, is seeking a Digital (Software) Engineer to design, implement and deliver Digital E2E solutions for global customers. This permanent role is based in Monza, Italy and requires travel about 40%.

You will configure MES/MOM solutions, integrate ERP, WMS and LIMS, and work with PLCs, HMI and containerised environments to meet varied customer needs while collaborating across our market organisations.

Competenze

• MES/MIS applications and the requirements for Digital Transformation such as Industry 4.0 and IIoT.
• Project management experience and knowledge of requirements engineering are highly valued.
• Knowledge in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc)
• Experience in HMI Implementation (Siemens WinCC, Rockwell RSView, AVEVA InTouch, etc)
• Virtualisation and containers environments

An exciting opportunity opens within Digital Solution & Infrastructure team, Processing Solutions and Equipment. We support and deliver advanced integrated plant automation and MES solutions to our customers globally in cooperation with our Market companies.

We are looking for an experienced Digital (Software) Engineer who wants to develop, implement and deliver Digital E2E solutions to our customers.

This is a permanent position based in Monza, Italy and requires travel, approximately 40% of your time.

What You Will Do

You will work with designing the production plant system architecture from ERP to shop floor. Configuring, deploying and testing MES/MOM (Manufacturing Management) solutions adapting them to different customer needs that often require development. The work includes problem-solving, adapting technology solution, implement and support solution installations. You will be collaborating internally and deliver externally towards our customers, which includes travel to customer sites.

Main Responsibilities

• Configuring, deploying and testing Tetra Pak MES/MOM (Manufacturing Management) solutions adapting them to the different customer needs (in different areas of the production like Reception, Production, Packaging and Quality)
• 360 Integration of processing, packaging, and relates industrial systems like ERP, WMS, LIMS to create a plant solution.
• Deliver technical lifecycle support and Issue Resolution capabilities for solution implemented.
• Support the development of solutions to adjust our Digital Portfolio to our customer needs.

Profile Description

We believe you have

• Understanding of MES/MIS applications and the requirements for Digital Transformation such as Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things.
• Project management experience and knowledge of requirements engineering are highly valued.
• Knowledge in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell, etc)
• Experience in HMI Implementation (Siemens WinCC, Rockwell RSView, AVEVA Intouch, etc)
• Virtualisation and containers environments

You are, at heart, curious and technology driven. You like working close to customers and act with the customer in mind all the time. You have the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on all levels.

EU Pay Transparency

Tetra Pak provides the following compensation indication in good faith as a guide to what may be paid and/or offered for this position. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role, level and the applicable local market conditions on a full-time basis. For part-time or alternative schedules, pay will be proportionately adjusted based on contractual working hours. Ranges are determined by role, level, and applicable local market conditions. Within the applicable range, individual pay is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, consistent with our commitment to pay equity.

Below is an indication of the compensation and benefits typically offered for this position.

Gross annual base salary range: EUR 48,055.05 – 68,646.79

Variable pay: This role is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive subject to company and individual performance
