MCM WORLDWIDE is seeking a Digital Product Manager to drive SFCC-based initiatives, translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps and collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, and operations teams across global offices.

You will own the backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure delivery of enhancements while maintaining high standards for security, accessibility, and compliance in our digital commerce experiences.

Competenze

  • 4+ years of program and/or operations management in a high-tech environment.
  • Experience delivering complex digital commerce products or large-scale eCommerce initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, system integrations, and omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

  • Partner with the Head of Digital Product to refine and execute the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and architecture teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of SFCC enhancements and features.
  • Support the continuous improvement of digital commerce experiences to drive conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of platform performance, identifying optimization opportunities and areas for innovation.
  • Manage and coordinate third-party integrations and vendor relationships within the SFCC ecosystem.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies, ensuring the backlog is prioritized and stories are well-defined for delivery teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on SFCC capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
  • Ensure all product releases adhere to compliance, security, and accessibility standards.

Accountabilities

The Digital Product Manager supports the strategy and reports into the Head of digital Product. The role is instrumental in translating business priorities into actionable product initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across technology, operations, and customer experience teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong product management experience, a solid understanding of SFCC, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, related fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in program and/or operations management in a high-tech environment.
  • Product management experience, including direct experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Demonstrated success contributing to the delivery of complex digital commerce products or large-scale eCommerce initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, system integrations, and omnichannel customer journeys.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
