Bain & Company in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Design Intern to join the AI, Insights & Solutions team. You will work with designers, general consultants, and clients to turn customer insights into growth opportunities, applying human-centered design to real-world challenges.

You’ll participate in discovery, ideation, design and launch, and prototyping using Figma, with mentorship across design thinking, research, and product design. Travel about 30%; fluency in English and Italian required.

Competenze

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design or a related field.
0-2+ years of hands-on experience shaping digital products, services, or ventures.
Fluency in English and Italian.

Participate in the full strategic design process to transform customer insights into growth opportunities.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize learnings into insights and artifacts.
Support planning and execution of ideation workshops and creative sessions.
Envision and conceptualize new business ideas and services with compelling storytelling.
Iteratively design and prototype in Figma and contribute to project deliverables.
