Capgemini invites applications for an Experience Designer Intern within frog Italy. You will support multidisciplinary teams to design digital products, services and experiences, defining concepts, visualizing flows and building scalable design systems.

Required qualifications include a degree in graphic/visual/interactions design, strong Figma skills, familiarity with generative AI, and fluency in Italian and English. The role offers flexible work options in Milan or remotely within Italy.

Competenze

Must have or be close to completing a university degree in graphic/visual/interaction design or related field.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma required) and methods, including generative AI.
Knowledge of interaction patterns, color palettes, typography and responsive design across mobile/desktop.
Fluent Italian and English required to collaborate in a multinational team.

Define interactive concepts across digital, physical and service experiences in collaboration with teams.
Visualize key moments and hero flows to illustrate requirements satisfaction.
Execute detailed design in Figma, across components, interaction logic and visual language.
Build interactive prototypes to simulate the experience and how it feels.
