Context and Purpose of the job

The Digital Learning intern will support the Retail Training department in creating visual education tools to train and engage the store teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of slide decks, guides and visual aids for the store teams
• Produce interactive assets for retail training apps and manage related back office activities
• Design interactive presentations
• Produce videos according to a given storyboard
• Upload e-learning modules and maintain the e-learning platform
• Organize libraries
• Ensure that all training content strictly aligns with the brand's visual identity guidelines

Descrizione profilo:

Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Power Point
• Attention to details and team spirit
• Ability to meet project rollout dates
• Aptitude for visual summary
• Eagerness to learn
• Fluency in both Italian and English
