LePub cerca uno stagista creativo per supportare lo sviluppo di concetti visivi per campagne ATL, BTL e digital. Verrà creata moodboard, presentazioni e bozzetti per proposte creative e si collaborerà con copywriter, designer e project manager.

È richiesto portfolio obbligatorio e background in Creative Direction; ottima padronanza di italiano e inglese. L'offerta prevede formazione continua, una cultura orientata alla crescita e una diaria di 800 euro netti mensili per stage extracurricular.

Mansioni

• Supporto nello sviluppo di concetti visivi per campagne ATL, BTL, digital e social.
• Creazione di moodboard, presentazioni e bozzetti per proposte creative.
• Collaborazione con copywriter, designer e project manager.
• Produzione di materiali grafici pronti all'uso (visivi, post social, banner, layout).
• Ricerca di trend visivi e riferimenti creativi.
• Supporto durante shooting foto o produzione video (materiali, riferimenti, scenografie).
• Attenzione ai dettagli visivi nelle presentazioni al cliente.

Descrizione del lavoro

Responsabilità

• Support in the development of visual and creative concepts for ATL, BTL, digital, and social campaigns
• Creation of mood boards, presentations, and design drafts to support creative proposals
• Collaboration with copywriters, designers, and project managers in shaping ideas
• Production of execution-ready graphic materials under supervision (visuals, social media posts, banners, layouts)
• Research of visual trends, creative references, and design inspiration
• Support during photo shoots or video productions (preparation of materials, references, props)
• Attention to visual details in client presentations

Qualifiche

• Background in Creative Direction (Art Direction)
• Portfolio showcasing your projects (mandatory)
• Good command of Italian and English
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong teamwork, listening, and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm, precision, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and autonomy
• Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus
• Portfolio required; CVs without a portfolio will not be considered

Compensation and employment terms

Extracurricular Internship: monthly allowance of €800 net.

The salary range stated is applicable as of the publication date of this job posting; the company reserves the right to update it.
