Audible, a subsidiary of Amazon, is seeking an Associate to perform operational activities related to audiobook content. The role requires listening to audio, identifying issues, and fixing content using approved tools while following SOPs. A headset is required for extended listening tasks.

The team emphasizes adherence to SOPs and quality standards, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder communication and SLA compliance to ensure timely, accurate content delivery.

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operational activities related to the content in the audiobook. Associate is expected to listen, identify, and fix issues related to content in the audio books using software or tools by adhering to the standard operating procedure. Associates are required to use headset to listen to the audio for significant period of time during their work.
