Intesa Sanpaolo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of Digital Asset Custody and tokenization initiatives within Global Transaction Banking. You will drive lifecycle management, collaborate with compliance, legal, technology, and external partners, and influence industry standards on an international level.

The role requires >5 years in product/project management, deep knowledge of blockchain and digital asset ecosystems, and proven experience with regulated

Competenze

• 5+ years in product and project management.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain and digital asset ecosystems.
• Experience with tokenization and custody services.
• Ability to navigate regulated environments with compliance teams.
• English proficiency C1 or higher.
• Degree in Economics/Finance/Engineering/CS.

Mansioni

• Define and drive strategy for Digital Asset Custody services with scalable operating models.
• Lead tokenization and Registrar services development for on-LEDGER issuance of instruments.
• Manage product lifecycle: value props, business cases, operating models, BRDs, contracts.
• Coordinate complex projects: execution, IT validation, risk, budget, vendor/outsourcing.
• Support client-facing teams during business development and onboarding for Digital Asset services.
• Engage in industry working groups to shape market standards and practices.
• Analyze regulatory developments (MiCAR, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR) and assess impact.
