Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an enthusiastic undergraduate to join our DevOps team for a 6-month hybrid internship in Italy. You will gain hands-on exposure to software delivery, cloud-native technologies, and security best practices, with a focus on DevSecOps, SBOM, and vulnerability management.

You will work on CI/CD pipelines, IaC projects, and Kubernetes deployments, collaborating with software engineers and security stakeholders to strengthen our development and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong interest in DevOps, cloud-native tech, Kubernetes, IaC, and software supply chain security.
• Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment; analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support DevSecOps initiatives focusing on SBOM, CVEs, and governance.
• Help maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines and IaC projects.
• Assist in Kubernetes deployments and platform operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and security stakeholders to improve processes.
