Kyndryl in Italy is seeking an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer to help deploy and manage OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation using Terraform and Ansible. You will work in cross-functional Agile teams, support incident troubleshooting, and ensure DevOps best practices, security, and operational standards across cloud environments.

Competenze

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes environments is preferred.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Cloud are a plus but not required.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support deployment and management of OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
• Assist in automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Support application lifecycle management (build, release, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot)
• Execute operational tasks related to cloud platforms and containerized environments

• Support client-facing activities in collaboration with senior team members
• Contribute to understanding business and technical requirements
• Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and delivery sessions

Team Collaboration

• Work in cross-functional Agile teams (Development, Operations, Cloud, Infrastructure)
• Collaborate in DevOps environments with shared responsibilities
• Contribute to team-based delivery, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospective)

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure roles
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background
• Exposure to OpenShift / Kubernetes environments is preferred
• Certifications (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud) are a plus but not required
