TeamSystem S.p.A. is seeking an experienced senior software engineer to join our Milano or Pesaro based development teams. You will design and implement full-stack features across the stack, from API design to UI, in a fast-paced, Agile setting.

You will work with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB, delivering scalable backend services and modern user interfaces. Hybrid work, learning opportunities, and a strong culture of code quality await.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in the TypeScript ecosystem, with deep knowledge of Node.js and modern backend development practices.
• Experience with front-end development in React.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB.
• Proven experience using modern coding assistants effectively and thoughtfully, with a strong focus on code quality, correctness and maintainability.
• Ability to work autonomously, challenge requirements when needed, make pragmatic technical decisions and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering culture.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop full-stack features for the company platform, owning the entire lifecycle from API design to UI implementation.
• Build and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript, including RESTful APIs, data models, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript, collaborating closely with designers to deliver polished experiences.
• Work in an Agile environment, contributing to technical analysis, architectural decisions and code reviews across the full stack.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented code on both frontend and backend.

In particular, you will:

What skills are we looking for?

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).

• - Total compensation: € 53.000 – € 66.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
