Zusammenfassung

Empatica, a full-stack digital healthcare company in Milan, seeks a Design Intern to support our Marketing team. You will shadow and learn, assisting in creating social templates, brochures, and digital leaflets while ensuring the brand identity stays cohesive across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have a Design or Visual Arts degree, familiarity with Figma and Adobe Suite, and an eye for aesthetics. English communication is essential; Italian is not required.

Qualifikationen

• A completed degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a relevant field, with a strong focus on graphic and communications design
• An understanding of design principles and tools such as Figma and Adobe suite
• Good design and aesthetic skills as well as analytical mindset. You are able to apply good design practices across a wide range of projects, from web to print
• Some experience working with branding and brand guidelines
• An inherent ability to think in systems
• A passion for Empatica’s products and mission
• Resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work
• Excellent communication skills in English (Italian not needed)
• Nice-to-have: Some video experience
• Some previous experience as a designer is appreciated

Aufgaben

• Designing marketing materials, including social templates, brochures, digital leaflets, and other sales collateral
• Supporting day-to-day design needs across the Empatica website, print, and digital materials
• Helping ensure the visual identity of the Empatica brand is consistently and coherently applied across all touchpoints
• Assisting in preparing polished, print-ready design files for production
• Supporting the design of materials for campaigns, product launches, and events as needed
