VML Health is seeking a Digital Art Director (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) with a focus on Web Design to join our creative team in Milan. You will shape engaging digital experiences across websites, landing pages and tools, applying UI/UX best practices in a healthcare context.

Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, UX designers and medical writers; develop design systems and prototypes for client reviews. Hybrid work is offered with a competitive compensation range in Italy.

Competenze

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD; strong Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout and hierarchy.
Portfolio showcasing web design & problem-solving in digital projects.

Mansioni

Web Design & UI/UX: design compelling websites, landing pages, digital tools and interactive experiences in healthcare.
Translate wireframes and user flows into intuitive interfaces; contribute to design systems and UI kits.
Support prototypes and mockups for user testing and client presentations.
Collaborate with creative team and present concepts to clients when needed.
