Lavorerà a stretto contatto con il Creative Director e i team creativi senior per tradurre la visione in una collezione distintiva, coesa e desiderabile, supervisionando il processo dall’idea iniziale alle prove e all’effettiva

Beyond Talent is partnering with a renowned international luxury fashion house in Milan to appoint an exceptional Design Director – Show Collection.I candidati sono invitati a leggere attentamente tutti gli elementi di questo annuncio. La preghiamo di inviare la sua candidatura tempestivamente.This is a key creative leadership position responsible for the development and execution of the brand's runway and show collections across all categories.Working closely with the Creative Director and senior creative teams, the Design Director will translate the overall creative vision into a distinctive, cohesive and highly desirable collection, overseeing the process from initial concept and research through to fittings and final runway execution.

The Role

As Design Director – Show Collection, you will lead the creative development of the runway collection, ensuring a strong and consistent design language across all product categories.You will combine creative vision, strong product expertise and exceptional collection-building skills while leading multidisciplinary design teams within a highly dynamic luxury fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of the luxury fashion show and runway collection across all categories.
• Translate the Creative Director's vision into a cohesive seasonal collection.
• Oversee the entire design process from initial concept, research and development through to final show execution.
• Define and maintain consistency across silhouette, colour, fabrication, proportion and detailing.
• Coordinate and inspire senior designers and category design teams.
• Work closely with Product Development, Atelier, Fabric, Merchandising and Production teams.
• Lead collection reviews, fittings and editing throughout the development process.
• Ensure exceptional standards of design, craftsmanship and product execution.
• Drive innovation across materials, construction, silhouette and creative techniques.
• Support the definition of final runway looks and overall collection coherence.
• Balance creative ambition with product relevance and the wider positioning of the luxury brand.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Maison's creative identity and global image.

The Profile

• Significant experience within leading international luxury fashion brands.
• Previous experience as a Design Director, Head of Design or senior fashion design leader.
• Strong expertise in runway, fashion show and Ready-to-Wear collections.
• Experience working across multiple fashion categories.
• Exceptional eye for silhouette, colour, fabrication, proportion and detail.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials and luxury craftsmanship.
• Proven ability to lead and develop senior creative teams.
• Excellent collection-building and editing capabilities.
