Christian Dior Couture cerca un/una Project Manager per gestire end-to-end progetti di collezione, con responsabilità dalla pianificazione allo shipping finale. Dovrà sviluppare piani dettagliati, monitorare avanzamento e coordinare team interfunzionali tra sviluppo e produzione.

Capacità di gestione di rischi, costi e milestones richieste. È richiesta laurea in ingegneria/management o equivalente, esperienza nel fashion e conoscenza di strumenti PLM/ERP, con fluente inglese e conoscenza

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale o laurea in Ingegneria/Management o equivalente.
• Esperienza preferita nel settore moda/linguaggio di business della catena di fornitura.
• Conoscenza solida di pianificazione progetti (pianificazione, tracking, gestione rischi).
• Abilità nell’uso di strumenti di pianificazione (Gantt, milestone).
• Buona conoscenza di sviluppo e produzione nella moda.

Mansioni

• Gestire l’esecuzione end-to-end di progetti/collezioni assegnati, dal planning alla spedizione finale.
• Sviluppare e mantenere piani di progetto dettagliati (Gantt, milestones, WBS).
• Monitorare l’avanzamento rispetto al piano (tempi, deliverables, dipendenze).
• Coordinare quotidianamente con team cross-funzionali.
• Garantire esecuzione di fasi di sviluppo e industrializzazione (campionatura, prototipazione, costing).
• Monitorare KPI e stato RAG, identificare rischi e mitigazioni.
• Supportare definizione e monitoraggio calendarizzazione collezioni.
• Preparare e consegnare report di stato periodici.

Manage end-to-end execution of assigned collection(s) or specific projects within collections, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and quality standards, from planning to final shipment.

Responsabilità del lavoro

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (Gantt, milestones, WBS) for assigned collections/projects
• Track and monitor project progress vs plan (timing, deliverables, dependencies)
• Manage day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams
• Ensure execution of all development and industrialization phases (sampling, prototyping, costing, production readiness)
• Monitor and update RAG status and project KPIs
• Identify, track, and manage risks and issues, ensuring proper mitigation actions
• Support definition and tracking of collection calendars
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports
• Ensure timely completion of all milestones up to final product shipment
• Manage project documentation and updates in PMO tools
• Support change management (scope, timing, priorities)

STRATEGY and KEY TASKS

• Ensure feasibility of assigned projects within collection timelines
• Proactively identify critical paths and potential bottlenecks
• Drive accountability across functions to meet deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and execution processes
• Support optimization of workflow between development and production
• Ensure alignment between product requirements and industrial constraints
• Provide structured input to Program Manager for portfolio-level decisions
• Contribute to risk anticipation at collection level
• Promote a results-driven and execution-focused mindset

Profilo

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management
• Previous experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatory
• Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management)
• Hands-on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking tools
• Good understanding of fashion development and production processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines
• Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring
• Familiarity with critical path analysis and dependency management
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems (preferred)
• Structured approach to problem solving and issue resolution
• Strong coordination and communication skills across functions
• High attention to detail and execution discipline
• Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments
• Proficiency in Excel / data handling tools
• Fluency in English. Italian and French are mandatory
