Beyond Talent partners with a renowned international luxury fashion house in Milan to appoint an exceptional Design Director – Show Collection. This senior role leads the development and execution of runway and show collections, translating the creative vision into a distinctive, cohesive range across categories.

Competenze

• Significant experience with international luxury fashion brands.
• Senior fashion design leader experience required.
• Strong runway, show and Ready-to-Wear expertise.
• Experience across multiple fashion categories.
• Fluent English; Italian advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead creative development of the luxury show collection across categories.
• Translate vision into cohesive seasonal collection.
• Oversee design process from concept to final runway execution.
• Maintain consistency across silhouette, color, fabrication and detailing.
• Coordinate and inspire senior designers and category teams.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Atelier, Fabric, Merchandising and Production.
• Lead reviews, fittings and editing throughout development.
• Drive innovation in materials, construction and techniques.
