Dandy is redefining the dental industry with an operating system for dental offices worldwide. We seek a Launch Trainer to guide practices through onboarding and ongoing coaching, delivering both virtual and on-site training and helping teams adopt digital workflows and intraoral scanning.

The role includes travel to in-practice sessions and close collaboration with success, product, and support teams. You’ll build trust, drive adoption, and ensure practices hit key milestones from day one,

Competenze

• Experience training on digital dental platforms or clinical technologies in a practice environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of intraoral scanning and digital dental workflows.
• Excellent teaching and facilitation skills and the ability to drive behavioral change.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong virtual presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and ability to build trust remotely.
• Highly organized with proven ownership of outcomes and follow-through.

Mansioni

• Lead new practices through onboarding, ramping up quickly and effectively.
• Deliver engaging training sessions virtually and on-site tailored to each practice.
• Demonstrate best practices in intraoral scanning and digital workflows with hands-on coaching.
• Build clinical trust and drive early adoption and milestone achievement.
• Provide ongoing coaching post-launch, refine workflows, and address adoption barriers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to improve the customer journey.
• Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate early wins.
