Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Eng, Business Admin, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years in program/portfolio management, PMO leadership, or digital transformation.
• Experience with ERP, digital platforms, IT infrastructure, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps across AI, IT, ERP, and infrastructure.
• Drive delivery of programs on time, within scope, budget, and quality.
• Establish portfolio governance, steering committees, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Digital, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Support resource planning and prioritization across initiatives.
• Promote project management best practices and improve delivery maturity.
• Facilitate executive decision-making with data-driven portfolio insights.
