Job summary

PRAMAC, part of Generac Group, is seeking a results-driven Program & Delivery Manager to oversee AI, IT, Digital Experience, and business transformation initiatives. This role reports to the International Marketing, Digital & IT Director and will align strategy with delivery across ERP, Digital Customer Experience, Infrastructure, Data & AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business administration, management, or related field.
• 4+ years in Program/Portfolio/PMO leadership, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional transformation programs in an international environment.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe certifications will be evaluated as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps across AI, IT, Digital, ERP, Infrastructure, and business initiatives.
• Drive the successful delivery of strategic programs within time, scope, budget, and quality.
• Establish and manage portfolio governance frameworks, steering committees, prioritization processes, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Digital, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and external partners.
• Manage interdependencies between ERP, CRM, infrastructure, AI, data, and customer-facing platforms.
• Support resource and capacity planning, ensuring effective prioritization and allocation of resources.
• Drive the adoption of project and portfolio management best practices to improve delivery maturity.
• Facilitate executive decision-making through data-driven reporting and portfolio insights.

Pramac, part of Generac Group - the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer - is looking for a results-driven Program & Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of our AI, IT, Digital Experience, and business transformation initiatives.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the International Marketing, Digital & IT Director, the Program & Delivery Manager will lead the governance, planning, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology and transformation programs across the organization. Acting as the link between strategy and execution, this role ensures alignment between business priorities, technology investments, resources, and expected outcomes, driving the successful delivery of key initiatives across ERP, Digital Customer Experience, Infrastructure, Data & AI, and cross-functional transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps across AI, IT, Digital, ERP, Infrastructure, and business initiatives.
• Drive the successful delivery of strategic programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Establish and manage portfolio governance frameworks, steering committees, prioritization processes, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Digital, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and external partners.
• Manage interdependencies between ERP, CRM, infrastructure, AI, data, and customer-facing digital platforms.
• Support resource and capacity planning, ensuring effective prioritization and allocation of resources across initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of project and portfolio management best practices, methodologies, and standards to improve delivery effectiveness and organizational maturity.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4 + years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO Leadership, Digital Transformation, or Technology Delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, Digital Platforms, IT Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing large portfolios of initiatives.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent) will be evaluated ad a plus.
