Avanade Italy Srl cerca un Delivery Lead esperto per guidare progetti nel settore bancario presso i clienti italiani. Il candidato ideale ha una forte esperienza nella gestione di iniziative complesse e trasformazioni IT, con competenze su migrazioni core banking, CRM e soluzioni di pagamento.

Sarà responsabile di consegne puntuali, nel rispetto di budget e standard qualitativi, con leadership di un team multi-disciplinare.

Competenze

• Laurea in information technology, business administration o campo correlato.
• 8-10 anni di esperienza in project management o delivery nel settore bancario.
• Comprovata gestione di progetti di integrazione di sistemi.
• Conoscenza di MS Project, JIRA e Trello.

sede: Firenze Lead with excellence and a collaborative spirit as a Delivery Lead at Avanade, where every project is a step towards success and client satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Delivery Lead to lead projects in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex initiatives and delivering digital banking solutions and IT transformation programs. Familiarity with core banking migrations, compliance initiatives, CRM platforms and payments solutions would be considered highly appreciated. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The position calls for a proven track record in the industry, a strong understanding of delivery processes and methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a client-focused mindset, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Together we do what matters.

What you will do:

• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team. Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.
• Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments.
• Team Leadership: Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
• Industry Knowledge: Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector. Anticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Skills and experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a related role, within Banking Industry.
• Proven experience managing system integration projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Retribuzione

La retribuzione in Avanade varia in base a un’ampia gamma di fattori, tra cui, ad esempio, il ruolo, il livello di seniority, il grado di responsabilità, le competenze e l’esperienza maturata. La posizione è inquadrata al livello Quadro del Contratto Collettivo Nazionale per i dipendenti da aziende del terziario, distribuzione e servizi e la fascia di retribuzione base prevista è compresa tra €43.500 e €79.500.
