Job summary

Argotec is seeking a Defence Solutions Architect to join the Defence Team. You will define and develop complex satellite systems for dual-use and military applications, shaping strategy and opportunities at national and international levels.

You will trade-off technical solutions, collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and R&D, and build trusted relationships with customers and partners. English proficiency and Italian security clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields
• 8+ years experience in Product Management, Systems Engineering, or R&D in new-space sector
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to obtain Italian security clearances
• Ability to translate a strategic vision into concrete projects
• Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Trade-off complex technical solutions, develop mission concepts and architectures
• Contribute to Defence strategy and market positioning in dual-use and military domains
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and R&D
• Build relationships with customers, partners and institutions
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable inputs
• Evangelise Argotec’s Defence products and solutions
• Participate in industry events and engage with customers
• Define Defence product and system requirements, plan design and full lifecycle
• Support publications, presentations and conferences
