Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects and sub-projects in prior work.
• Familiarity with standardized methods and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Demonstrable project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Automotive retail process know-how and willingness to develop it further.
• High personal engagement and strong customer orientation.
• Knowledge of VW Group IT retail applications is desirable but not required.
• Strong English skills; additional languages are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute various projects, including go-live preparation for dealer systems.
• Support tests and go-live migrations.
• Assist End-Users in dealerships across Sales, After Sales, CRM, Finance and Accounting.
• Analyze business processes and define requirements with customers and third parties.
• Produce project and software release documentation.
• Contribute to activity planning of development teams.
• Oversee the activity of development teams.
• Consult customers and dealer users.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with other teams (Development, Release Management, Consulting, Support).
