The Transaction services team is part of Deal advisory, providing support in M&As, from the pre-deal evaluation to the post-deal integration or separation.

Our professionals assist clients in identifying the risks and opportunities of their acquisitions, sales and joint ventures, helping them in transactions such as buy outs and IPOs.

When you join our team, you will be working closely with financial backers, shareholders and managers at all levels. You will assist clients in corporate finance transactions, availing of digital tools and using technology in your day-to-day activities. Our clients are large corporate entities and Italian and international private equity funds.

Join our team in Padua: a dynamic and stimulating environment where you will work on financial due diligence projects and provide assistance to our clients (Italian and international private equity funds and companies).

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • a master’s degree in business subjects (with a focus on accounting, management control and finance);
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit or similar;
  • accounting skills and knowledge of the financial reporting standards (Italian GAAP and IFRS);
  • an ability to analyse financial statements and solid mathematical, financial and accounting expertise;
  • a good knowledge of English;
