Job summary

Generali Italia SpA is seeking an Internal Auditor to join the Audit Team responsible for Asset Management entities. The role supports the Audit Manager in delivering the audit plan, organizes and completes audit work, and documents and reports audit results.

The ideal candidate will contribute to risk analysis, annual planning, and the preparation of audit plans, minutes, and reports, while maintaining professional relationships with auditees and external auditors.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of external/internal audit experience, preferably in Asset Management or Banking.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes in risk analysis for risk assessment process for the Company.
• Contributes to annual plan development and maintenance.
• Performs audit work and supports the Audit Manager in preparing Audit Plan, Meeting Minutes and Audit Report.
• Agrees on corrective actions and supports final audit report with guidance from the Audit Manager.
• Manages relationships with Auditees and external auditors; tracks action implementation.
