Bitrock is seeking a Data Engineer to join a high-impact fintech/wealth management project. You will design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation using Airflow, dbt, and Redshift, balancing legacy and modernization.

You will collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Marketing Specialists, and Product Managers, translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and supporting ML/Analytics initiatives.

Competenze

3+ years of hands-on data engineering experience.
Core tech: SQL, Python, Airflow, dbt.
Redshift and AWS ecosystem experience; Terraform familiarity.
Fluent Italian and English for cross-border collaboration.
Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Mansioni

Design, implement, and maintain data infra for ingestion, orchestration and transformation (Airflow, dbt, Redshift).
Build scalable, high-performing analytical data models.
Reconcile large volumes of raw, heterogeneous data into meaningful aggregates.
Support ML and advanced analytics implementations.
Produce data artifacts usable by humans and AI tools.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Marketing, and Product Managers.
