Moneyfarm is seeking a data engineer to design and maintain data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation. You will build analytical data models, enable ML analytics, and reconcile large data from multiple sources into meaningful aggregates.

You will collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, software engineers, marketing specialists, and product managers to deliver robust data solutions and AI-ready artifacts.

Competenze

• 3+ years of data engineering experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Fintech/wealth management experience is a plus.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Airflow and DBT.
• Experience with Redshift; BigQuery is a plus.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Familiarity with marketing data stacks (GA, GTM, Adform, Adjust, Rudderstack).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Willingness to work in iterative environments and 2 days in office weekly.
• CV in English.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of data infrastructure for ingestion, orchestration, and transformation
• Build and maintain Moneyfarm's analytical data models, ensuring they are performant, scalable, and reliable
• Contribute to implementation and deployment of machine learning and advanced analytics solutions
• Reconcile vast amounts of raw data ingested from different sources into purposeful and meaningful aggregates
• Work closely with Acquisition team data analyst, data scientist, software engineers, marketing specialist and product manager
• Produce artifacts that can be consumed by both human agents and AI tools
• Build a strong understanding of the marketing acquisition context and generate business value through data

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering roles
• BSc or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in fintech / wealth management nice to have
• Deep proficiency in SQL and Python
• Deep proficiency with Airflow and DBT
• Strong experience with Redshift; BigQuery is a plus
• Experience with AWS and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Familiarity with conversion tracking and digital marketing data stack is a strong plus, including Adform, Adjust, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Rudderstack
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-designed data solutions
• Comfortable working in iterative environments while balancing quality and delivery
• Fluency in English is essential
• Must work in the office twice a week for team alignment
• Freelance or fixed-term 12-month contract
• CV must be uploaded in English
