Docebo is hiring a Data Engineer I to build robust cloud data pipelines powering analytics, data science, and product teams. You will tackle architecture challenges, collaborate with top engineers, and shape how data-driven learning experiences reach millions of users worldwide.

The role requires 2–3 years in data/BI engineering, strong SQL across cloud platforms, and hands-on ETL/ELT with dbt and Airflow. Hybrid work and generous total rewards support your growth and impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or BI engineering.
• Strong SQL skills across cloud platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Foundational ETL/ELT knowledge with dbt and Airflow under supervision.
• Familiarity with Python and Git-based workflows.

Mansioni

• Engineer high-performance ELT/ETL transformations using dbt per specs.
• Orchestrate data ingestion and transformation jobs with Airflow/Cloud Composer.
• Write tests and validate data quality with row counts and null checks.
• Monitor alerts and optimize system performance.
• Maintain lakehouse schemas across Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Document pipelines, schemas, and caveats for the team.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to meet query needs.
