Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying and cost management within a consultancy environment.
• Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• Strong cost planning, procurement, and commercial management expertise.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects and with client-facing roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must have existing right to work in Italy.
